Junior Hand - Maintenance and Operations
Mansfield Estate is recruiting an enthusiastic junior to join our Maintenance and Operations team. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across a few areas of maintenance and operations. Mansfield Estate is a 600-acre property for weddings and holiday accommodation in Bonny Hills. We offer a stable and friendly work atmosphere with a great team.
You will require:
- Some experience with mowers and machinery
- A drivers licence
- A positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
The position will work closely with the Caretaker in taking responsibility for the maintenance and continuous care of Mansfield Estate’s buildings and grounds.
Day to day tasks include:
- Mowing and lawn care
- Guest changeover to prepare the property for cleaners
- General maintenance and handyman functions
- Tasks requested by the owners to support the smooth operation of the Estate
About the position:
- The position is full time with an immediate start
- It would suit someone keen to work outdoors
- School leavers are welcome to apply
- Whitecard training will be provided for the right applicant
